An exercise program from coach Taylor is a structured plan built around your goals, abilities, and needs. These templates are in 4 week blocks that will charge monthly and progress towards and goals or events you are working on. It will include different training cycles to both build, and de-load accordingly. An individualized program requires an already established background in the majority of exercises, and access to a training facility or gym. This is for people who are looking for a "hands off" approach where they will do training on their own with the guidance of a professional to make sure they are doing the correct exercises for their goals. The amount of days for programming can be anywhere between 2 days a week, to 5 days a week, for 4 week cycles
